The conditions and mechanism of car receiving: :

1. Visiting of the car owner or authorized person in the office of the car rental company.

2. Vehicle is inspected by our specialist (if necessary on our STS) and then primary cost of car renting or hiring is jointly formed. The final decision towards car price remains for car owner, we only recommend the approximate price, folllowed by the condition of the vehicle.

3. Concluding an agreement with our car rental company about selling and storing the vehicle.

4. Making of a detailed hand-over act together with the car owner, which describes condition and configuration of the car.

5. Picturing of the car and placing advertising.

6. Information about car selling process (Number of calls and customers who watches the car, claims and suggestions from the clients, co-ordination  and adjustment of prices and so on.).

7. The last step is  sale and payment of the rental value to the owner.

Documents required for the conclusion of the lease agreement:
For individual:
1. Ukrainian passport.
2. Technical passport for the car.
3. Notary power of attorney for car’s  disposal right  (the General). This power of attorney is required if the contract is not signed by the owner of the car, but his representative. Please note that the power of attorney is ineffective for concluding an agreement.
